Unidirectional magnetic coupling induced by chiral interaction and nonlocal damping

چکیده
We show that an interlayer Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction in combination with nonlocal damping gives rise to unidirectional magnetic coupling. That is, the coupling between two layers---say, left and right layer---is such dynamics of layer leads layer, but not vice versa. discuss implications this result for susceptibility a bilayer, electrically actuated spin-current transmission, spin-wave packet generation propagation. Our results may enable route towards diodes further pave way design spintronic devices via reservoir engineering.
